Up to now, this round of audit is basically completed, according to the “Cleaner Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China”, “Approach to Cleaner Production Audit”, “Henan Province Cleaner Production Audit Implementation Rules” requirements, is now open to the public after the audit of the audit effectiveness of the company and meet the standards, please all walks of life in the community on the implementation of the cleaner production audit of the company to supervise the situation.
I. Audit effectiveness
This round of audit, as of the end of August 2023 a total of 25 effective programs were collected, of which 21 feasible no-low-fee program, preliminary feasible medium-high-fee program 2, 2 continuous clean production program. As of January 2024 no, low-fee program and medium-high-fee program has been fully implemented, the implementation rate of 100%; is expected to produce economic benefits of 9,662,320,000 yuan / a; the environmental benefits generated by the power savings of 30,400,000 kWh / a, reduce the amount of general solid waste generation 21t / a.
II. Post-audit sewage monitoring data
After the implementation of the program, according to the Xinyang City Division Source Testing Technical Services Co., Ltd. issued a test report shows that after the audit of the two spinning machine company's production process generated by the organized exhaust, unorganized exhaust, wastewater, noise at the plant boundary can meet the requirements of the relevant emission standards to achieve emission standards; the company's production process of general solid waste is collected for sale for comprehensive utilization, hazardous waste is temporarily stored in the plant hazardous waste storage, regularly disposed of by qualified units, and then transferred to a qualified unit for disposal. Hazardous wastes are temporarily stored in the hazardous waste storage room in the factory and regularly handed over to qualified units for disposal.
